In September 2021, Matthew turned his daydream into a reality when — to the shock of his family and friends — he departed the safety of his successful corporate public relations career to immerse himself into an entirely new world of acting. Luck met an opportunity when Ryan Murphy cast him as Big Daddy in the hit series American Horror Story: New York City, which premiered on October 19th, 2022 on FX and streamed on Hulu.
